Weather conditions for the Hunter Valley were relatively mild for the 2009 harvest.
These favourable weather conditions have led to the creation of a wonderfully drinkable Shiraz. Released in 2014, it is already beautifully aged for your enjoyment.
Nose: Light, spicy aromas, earthy with good oak.
Colour: Bright plum.
Taste: Our 2009 Shiraz has a front palate evocative of plums and a light, peppery finish. Already carefully aged for you, it is delightfully smooth on the palate.
Accompaniment: This wiine is th eperfect accompaniment to most foods. It’s lighter style and careful ageing means that it will not overpower even more delicately plavoures meals such as creamy pastas, while still being robust enough to enjoy with a good curry.
Cellaring: Enjoy now. Bottled in 2014, with careful cellaring you can enjoy this lovely Shiraz for a further five to seven years.
